Your family’s health is top-of-mind at our center year-round. We’ve been watching the news along with our customers, and we are engaged in an open dialogue about COVID-19 coronavirus, by openly talking about how the situation is affecting our communities and business. We understand and respect the decisions you make for you and your family.

We’re seeing local governments across the country encouraging smaller gatherings, specifically fewer than 50 people. In response, we are reducing our maximum occupancy to 50 total people to limit potential exposure. We can’t know how long this situation will continue, but we know your children still need a clean place to play.


We want to assure customers that we have further stepped up our cleaning procedures to ensure your families and our employees stay safe. It is standard practice at Milestones to conduct rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of our equipment and center. We have also increased our professional cleaning schedules, and have updated and increased our in-house cleaning procedures, which means the staff is sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and equipment multiple times per day including in between camp transitions AND U-Pick sessions, while resupplying soaps, hand sanitizers and paper products for guests to use. We’re confident Milestones is a preferred option for play because of the emphasis on cleaning.

We’re doing everything we can for your peace of mind.
